طيب زى ما أنت عارف الشلل الدماغى عبارة عن (lesion in CNS(central nervous system

لكن زى ما أنت فاهم CNS بيتكون من Brain and spinal cord الفكرة بقا أن (CP) بيحصل فى المخ فقط Brain only وغير موجود فى Spinal cord .

طيب هو عبارة عن إيه :

Neuorologic disabilities (Non_degenerating) caused by non_progressive damage to the brain before,during ,shortly after birth.

:بمعنى كدا انو ممكن يكون

conginital ( genitic )

acquired ( after birth) .

: طيب اتفقنا ان الشلل عبارة عن

disorder in movement and posture put Primarliy motor with or without associated deficits and its severty depend on site and extent of the lesion.

: أعرف منين الطفل دا عنه شلل ولا لا

cerepral palsy is clinicaly diagnosis.

طيب هل ممكن أستخدم الأشعة فى التشخيص قالك أن % 15 :10 من MRI بيطلع CP بشكل طبيعى ودا معناه أن MRI مش كلام نهائى فى تشخيص CP.

clinical diagnosis depend on :

1-lesion in developing brain (first 2:3 years)

2- static lesion ( non_ progressive /non_ degenerative )

3-affect movement and posture

CP : non_ progressive /non_degenerative

progressive diseases:

-demylination

-Tumor

- neuoronal loss

- Axonal degeneration

Degenerative diseasses:
